It looks like you are being treated for mild MR which is the syndrome of backward blood flow through the mitral valve, due to your RHD, and have you had it for quite some time? MR results from a concept known as leaking through the heart when a blood vessel has a bad condition and this results in a backflow of blood. This can make you tired, dizzy, or even out of breath. To keep it under proper control, you need to regularly take your prescribed pills and follow the cardiologist's advice.
