Left-side chest pain can be caused by many reasons, such as pains caused by muscle or acid reflux. If your ECG is a normal result, it is said that the probability of there being a heart problem is lowered. Other possible causes may be stomach gas, anxiety, or a rib injury. To help, maybe try to take over-the-counter antacids if it is from acid reflux, or use a heating pad if it is muscle pain. In the case of pain that does not cease or worsen over time, it is always advisable to see a cardiologist.
