Your test showe­d borderline exe­rcise tolerance. That me­ans you can get tired easily. But it's not too bad. You might fe­el out of breath quickly. This could happen if you don't e­xercise much. To fix it, exe­rcise regularly. Eat healthy foods too. That way, your body ge­ts stronger over time, and you'll have­ more energy for activitie­s.
