Can I get medicine for my grandfather's heart condition?

My grandfather has hearth issue recently he was admitted in Rims in Ranchi and doctor said he got a heart attack by examining ECG and tropti kit and take blood to examine many test and after 1 week when the condition of my grandfather got good doctor refer to home and said meet after 15 day but now my grandfather not has a condition to go again rims hospital overall doctor said use medicine prescribed by doctor now i want please see all the reports of my grandfather and condition and give medicine to my grandfather.
