My heart is beating very fast and I wanna to check my pulse rate and blood pressure but I dont know how and what I need to do

Are you feeling your heart beat fast? There are reasons for this, like anxiety, exercise, or medications. Use two fingers on your wrist or neck. Count the beats for fifteen seconds, then multiply by four. This gives your pulse rate. To check blood pressure, you need a cuff and stethoscope. The cuff instructions show how to measure it correctly. If you feel unwell or have chest pain, seek medical attention from a cardiologist immediately.
