Getting a blood pressure reading of 90/60 may make you feel dizzy or even faintish How does this occur In this case the insufficiency of blood supply causes lower blood pressure than in normal conditions. Some of the reasons for this are dehydration, heart disease, or hormone disorders. The general advice given to patients is to take a lot of water and eat at regular intervals to aid the situation. If the problem continues, it may be necessary to consult a cardiologist.
