BEFORE
It is advisable to stop taking anti-inflammatories at least 1 week before the treatment
Change your diet plan 1 week before treatment. Avoid dairy, red meat, and gluten. Try to go for a plant-based diet that includes fruits and vegetables.
Have enough amount of water before the treatment
AFTER
After treatment, the area will be numb for a particular hour.
You may or may not experience fever.
Use extra Strength Tylenol every 4-6 hours for pain and also ice on the swollen parts. Take 20 min to cool the skin every 2-3 hrs.
Stem cells injected can take 12 weeks to 12 months for normal collagen production and healing of the areas.

Is there any stem cell hearing loss trial that I can participate in in the UK? I have increasing inner ear hearing loss and can no longer hear music with human voices also becoming more difficult to hear/understand.
