Panic attacks, tachycardia, and muscle cramps can also occur due to anxiety, caffeine, or dehydration in the person's body. Signs include rapid heartbeat, neck pounding, chest/arm pain, and unexpected muscle spasms. You can do this by doing deep breathing which can help you to relax, drink a lot of water, avoid caffeine, and manage stress. However, if the symptoms remain, it's better to visit a cardiologist to rule out any underlying problems.
