Patient's Query

Salam. My mother-in-law has a BP issue. what to do when her BP rises up cause sometimes it's get out of hands and she end up at hospital. so I need advice what to do so she can feel better.

Answered by Dr. Babita Goel

Common triggers can include being under stress, having a bad diet, or not exercising enough. Please advocate for your mother-in-law and let her know how to do the following procedures: relaxation techniques, a diet low in salt, and light workouts. Convenience is also important through proper scheduling of medications. Ask for his cardiologist's advice before the continuation of therapy or the occurrence of side effects, if her readings do not go down or she experiences severe symptoms. The expert guidance ensures that she gets the best treatment she can.
