Pain in the left chest area can have different causes. It might be caused by a pulled muscle, indigestion, or even stress. Seek medical help if you have other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, or pain spreading to your arms. Otherwise, try to relax, avoid heavy meals, and use a warm compress if necessary. If the pain keeps on or worsens, then you should go to a cardiologist.
