My metabolism has been messed up since taking invega sustenna where i gain a kilo if i eat 100 calories over 1000 calories. i used to be able to eat whatever i wanted well over 2000 calories and flunctuate and go over certain calorie amounts and not gain weight. however after taking invega sustenna 100 mg for 10 months my metabolism has become like this. i discontinued the medicine 2 months ago and my metabolism is still not back to normal. how long will it take for it to go back to normal ?
Female | 27
In some cases, medicine can actually change the way our body burns calories, and hence the weight changes. The metabolism process might be slow to return to normal for a few months after the cessation of the drug. Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly to help things get back on track.

Is it normal if my Delta-4-Androstenedione is 343.18?
Female | 18
Your Delta-4-Androstenedione level is 343.18. This hormone helps produce testosterone. High or low levels can lead to acne, baldness, or irregular periods. Possible causes include PCOS or adrenal gland issues. It's important to discuss these results with your doctor.

I am suffering from Hypothyroidism from 4 years back. Current TsH level is 12.5 But I got palpitations in my heart from 5 months Current dose eltroxin 100mg And inderal 40mg What is Current dose for thyroid And treatment of palpitations from thyroid
Male | Sohit Pandey
High thyroid levels on some occasions are associated with heart palpitations. Your thyroid dosage should probably be changed to assist in this. Fluttering or racing of your heart is what you may be feeling due to palpitations. Consult an endocrinologist for advice, which will help you to make adjustments in your medications to normalize your thyroid levels.

My wife and I are planning to conceive a baby from July. Just wanted which all panchkarma should be done by us as a precautionary measure. my Wife's dad has diabetes.
Male | 31
Panchakarma is a great way to detox the body before getting pregnant. Take all necessary precautions due to your wife’s father being diabetic. Abhyanga (oil massage) and Shirodhara (oil treatment) may be good options for her. These two therapies help lower stress levels and enhance overall health – both vital during pregnancy. Also, seek advice from an Ayurvedic specialist who can provide recommendations based on individual needs and requirements.
