These symptoms, such as fatigue, weight gain, leg pain, and dizziness, could be caused by healthy foods that your diet lacks, like Vitamin D and proper nutrition. This means that junk foods that you eat do not guarantee the demand for adequate vitamins and minerals required by our bodies. To get rid of it, switch to a meal plan that contains ultra-low vegetables, more fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Moreover, take a Vitamin D supplement because sunshine is lacking in your area. Make sure to take the correct dosage from the package and ask your doctor if needed when taking supplements. Drink water and exercise to increase your energy and overall health.

I have taken vitamin D medicine continuously for 8 days despite for once a week
Female | 58
You need to take vitamin D supplements correctly. Don't take daily doses meant for weekly intake. That causes vitamin D overload. It triggers nausea, vomiting, weakness. Stop taking excess vitamin D immediately. Drink lots of water. Allow your body time to recover. Follow doctor's prescription diligently next time.

Good Morning I am a male, 29years from Southwest Nigeria, I have some illness I have been noticed for a while and i need advice. I always love football before but for a while I leave that activity due to academic pursuit but anytime I tried it now I get tired easily as if I will faint and slump. And moreover I get cold easily and which doesn't allow me to breathe deep as I should, but I noticed that anytime I take hot water or use hot water to bath I felt relieved but I don't think I should be using hot water for the rest so I am seeking a proper consultation

Anemia occurs when your body doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen, leading to fatigue, cold sensitivity, weakness, and shortness of breath. While hot water may temporarily improve circulation, it's not a long-term solution. I recommend seeing a doctor for a blood test to check your red blood cell levels. Anemia can be caused by factors like iron deficiency or illness, and treatment may involve dietary changes, iron supplements, or other medications, depending on the cause. Getting proper medical care is essential to address your symptoms.

Can creatine will be reduced from 6.2
Male | 62
A creatine level of 6.2 likely refers to serum creatinine, which is a measure of kidney function. High levels of serum creatinine can indicate potential kidney dysfunction. Treatment may involve managing conditions, staying hydrated, adjusting medications, making dietary changes, and monitoring kidney health.
