من الطبيعي جدًا أن تكون الدورة الشهرية غير منتظمة بعض الشيء، خاصة إذا كانت هناك تغييرات في روتينك مثل انخفاض السفر. الإجهاد، والتغيرات في النظام الغذائي أو ممارسة الرياضة، والتغيرات في الهرمونات يمكن أن تؤثر أيضًا على دورتك. بما أنك لم تمارسي الجنس، فمن غير المرجح أن تكوني حاملاً. انتظر لفترة أطول قليلا ولكن إذا لم يأت بعد، أعتقد أنه سيكون من الأفضل أن نرىطبيب نسائيللتأكد من أن كل شيء على ما يرام.
