I have a bad case of chaffing and heat rash on my personal areas..I got cream that works at home in the AC.. but when I'm at work in the heat it flares back up... What can I do??
Male | 43
You are likely experiencing a heat rash and chafing in your private areas. This usually happens because perspiration becomes trapped against the skin thereby irritating. Signs may include redness, itching, and sometimes little bumps. To assist with this, tighten any loose-fitting clothes, stay cool, and ensure it’s dry down there. Apply some soothing ointment and be sure to take breaks if possible.

I am 24 years old girl . I have low vitamin d3 when I get it checked in February and from that time I m taking supplements . All other things are normal .But after 5 month itself my hair fall does not stop at all.I m suffering from high hairfall .
Female | 24
Sometimes not having enough vitamin D3 can cause people to lose their hair. You should keep taking the vitamin D supplement as the doctor told you. You should try to eat more foods that have iron and protein in them as well. One thing that might help is finding ways to relax when you are stressed.

Face for fungal infection
Male | 30
Fungal Infections on the face are quite common, they can make the skin become red, itchy, and or peel off. These kinds of infections occur when fungi grow on the skin's surface because of things like sweat, and humidity. To cure fungal infections; ensure you keep it clean and dry always, do not share personal items, and use antifungal creams as prescribed by a pharmacist. If the problem persists, visit a dermatologist.

I have mouth ulcers. Which are really painful. I use nilstat or the powder of vibramycin capsule for gargle as a cure for ulcers. But the issue is as one ulcer gets cure another ulcer pops up again. Which is yellowish and the surrounded with red skin.
Male | 22
Mouth sores may result from tension, injury from unintentionally biting your cheek, or certain food items. It's awesome that you're in the process of using Nilstat or vibramycin powder in your mouth for gargling, but if you are still experiencing new ulcers, make a dentist or a doctor visit. Try not to eat acidic food. Take enough vitamins and minerals in your diet to support overall mouth health.

Hi I am 21 years old I am suffering face white heads severely on nose and blackheads also facing open pores and facing sabeceous filaments on chin tell me about best sunblock and best treatment of these things
Female | 21
These are common issues at your age. They happen because your skin makes too much oil and dead skin cells clog your pores. To help, use a sunblock with SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin. A good treatment would include gentle cleansing with salicylic acid, use non-comedogenic moisturizers, and see a dermatologist for specific suggestions about your skin.
