Fractional Co2 Laser Skin Resurfacing

I was trapped to pay - Do not visit Maple clinic! Here’s what happened- Prior to getting an appointment i specifically asked if CO2 laser is available, the receptionist said yes and gave me an appointment. After arriving at the clinic, I asked again still there was no mention about CO2 machine is not working. These people took my money, escorted me to the doctor- Amit , then the doctor tells me CO2 machine is not available. Secondly the doctor is a terrible listener. he jumped to conclusions too soon without understanding the reasons. He judged my attitude and spoke to me rudely. I do not recommend anyone visiting maple clinic. When I highlighted this to the doctor, he said it is my right to get paid for consultation- the doctor was super hyper and unwilling to listen to me. it is my right , as your customer, to highlight any concerns I face. Pathetic service and no knowledge about their own work. Simply trapping and looting people
