Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking experience with this veterinary clinic. Despite visiting them since 2018, their recent treatment of my cat was subpar, ultimately leading to death without food and water as suggested by the veterinarian after surgery. Specific issues: 1. Delayed treatment from constipation to obstipation without proper diagnosis and performed major surgery(enterotomy) when RBC was less. 2. Overdosing with injections, leading to severe side effects. 3. Lack of transparency about my cat's condition and treatment. 4. Potential conflict of interest: I had previously contacted another branch (Electronic City) at night for emergency and interacted with Nithish Kallianpur, which I'm concerned may have influenced Ansar's actions. The staff members were involved in my cat's care:Ansar Kamran C,Mahesh V,Vibha(puppet of Ansar),Kumar(Attender and puppet of Ansar),Rakesh(puppet of Ansar).I regret trusting them with my pet's care.The loss of my beloved cat is devastating, and I hope that others will learn from my experience.
