Dr. Archit Aggarwal is fantastic! I underwent dermabrasion treatment and the results were amazing. Dr explained the process and addressed all concerns, making feel confident and comfortable. I am 16 years old and a female, I have noticed that there has been a white spot/bump on my tongue for the past four or five days. At first the bump hurt and I would bite it or play with it with my teeth and it would not stop hurting. Then On sunday night I drank a hot tea and it burnt my tongue. Now it feels like my tongue feels better but that spot feels like it is still irritated or burnt. The spot has not gotten bigger it has been the same size and my lymph nodes are not swollen. I haven’t experienced any fever/ flu like symptoms or unusual discharge.

You might have a canker sore, a harmless and common mouth ulcer. Canker sores can be painful and can come after biting your tongue or eating hot foods. They generally disappear in a week or two by themselves. You can use over-the-counter numbing gels or try rinsing your mouth with salt water to ease the discomfort. Stay away from spicy or acidic foods that can irritate the sore. If it doesn't get any better and if you have more issues, visit a dermatologist.

i want to check my face is my face is healthy or fat
Answered on 22nd Oct '24
You want to figure out whether it is healthy or there is too much fat, then look for signs like puffiness, a double chin, or round cheeks. A situation like this may be caused by eating too many junk foods and not being physically active enough. To fix this, you can eat more fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, and move with some activities such as walking, or dancing.

I have skin ache for almost a week and it mostly start at night. When ever I scratch it the place will swollen a little and some turn to wound. I have applied different oilment but it only reliefs and continue the next day. Kindly advise

You might be having eczema, a skin condition. Eczema can lead your skin to get itchy, swell up, and be susceptible to wounds when scratched. This condition can aggravate at night due to the temperature and humidity changes. The ointments can give a momentary comfort, but it is crucial to recognize the triggers like some soaps or foods. Use a mild, unscented moisturizer and scratch less to avoid further irritation. If the symptoms do not go away, then it is better to see a dermatologist who can assess and manage the problem properly.

You may have detected the small painless bumps around your pubic area that are running up your stomach, which may be a skin condition named molluscum contagiosum. The bumps are usually harmless and can be caused by a virus. They can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact but are not necessarily an STI. It's best to visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment if you want to be sure.

Answered on 21st Oct '24
You have had itchy rashes for at least 2 years already, despite using many medications. But it is necessary to find out what is causing it. The typical causes of long-lasting skin rashes and itching are allergies, eczema, or dermatitis. Get an appointment with a dermatologist to have a thorough evaluation and to receive a customized treatment plan that fits your particular condition.

I have an irritation on my inner thighs. Need to consult with doctor
Answered on 21st Oct '24
This can happen due to friction from clothes, sweating, or reactions to certain products. Symptoms may include redness, irritation, or a burning sensation. To help, wear loose, comfortable pajamas, wash the affected area, and apply a gentle, unscented moisturizer if the skin is dry. If irritation continues or worsens, hydrotherapy—use water for wellness and relaxation.

I HAVE SCALP SCALES LIKE PIMPLES HIGHLY ITCHING WHEN SCRAP STICKY LIQUID IS COMING
Answered on 21st Oct '24
You are suffering from psoriasis of the scalp. This can make you have scales on your scalp, which will be itchy and sometimes you will get oozing sticky liquid out of it. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system gets hyperactive. For this, gentle washing your hair with a medicated shampoo is a good start. Be careful not to scratch because it will worsen the situation. Moreover, consulting a dermatologist is also a good way to get proper treatment options.

Small boils, along with fever, cough, and a tight abdomen, may indicate an infection or an allergic reaction. These symptoms can also be linked to viral infections or skin conditions. It is important to visit a dermatologist for skin issues to rule out any internal infections. They will guide you for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Iam a 28 year old men and I have been having problems with red rashes on my penish for head and red rash on my penis foreskin and sometimes it itches..it has been comming n going for three months and burning sensation sometimes while peeing.
Answered on 16th Oct '24
Balanitis, or inflammation of the penis, is a common disease that may be the cause of your symptoms. The red rashes, itching, and burning sensation while peeing are common symptoms of balanitis. This can be the result of a poor hygiene regimen, fungal infections, or irritation from chemicals or materials. In this regard, one should keep the area clean and dry, avoid irritants, and use antifungal creams as directed by a dermatologist.

Answered on 16th Oct '24
You may have a mouth ulcer disease. These are small sores that can cause difficulties with eating and talking. They may be due to stress, injury from a sharp tooth, or specific foods. To speed up your recovery, avoid spicy or acidic foods and use a mouth rinse made of salt water. If they don't get better after one week or two, it's a good idea to go to a dentist or doctor for more advice.
