I am a 20 year old female. I've ha acne for over 2 years now. I have Acne, small red and white bumps, oily and textured skin as well as hyperpignentation and post acne dark spots. I have been using tretinoin twice a week over a month now and have seen slight improvement in the texture of my skin followed by moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning.

Depends on the the peel and the strength of the acids in the peel. Depending on your issue, a superficial or medium-depth peel would have been chosen by the doctor. 3 days in case of gentle peels and up to 3 weeks for stronger peels. Rare to see a downtime beyond that but varies according to circumstances.

Ma'am I am 36 now. I have wrinkles and dark circles under my skin. The skin is really looking dull. Can crystal microdermabrasion help to reduce these problems permanently?

Microdermabrasion is a simple resurfacing procedure that improves the skin texture. Depending on cause of dark circles, appropriate topicals such as vitamin K and retinol will work. For wrinkles, Botox, fillers and energy based device (RF/HIFU) are the way to go. What might be the best solution for you depends on the severity of your wrinkles.

Is scalp micropigmentation permanent?

Absolutely not! These are considered semi permanent. They last for slightly over 1 year and starts fading after that. The quality of the pigments used is the crucial factor. However, with frequent touch-ups you can maintain it.
