First of all, don't rely on their google reviews. Once you visit the clinic, you'll realize that these reviews are not genuine; it seems like they've hired someone to submit fake reviews. Now, I am going to share my review. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your clinic. It’s frustrating to see that, instead of focusing on treating my child's tooth pain, you are more interested in making money through unnecessary X-ray tests and constant consultation fees. I have never encountered a dentist who charges Rs. 2000 for a consultation and xray without offering any actual treatment. Not only was I handed a job card with a whopping Rs. 30,000 estimate for basic procedures like filling and extraction, but I was also informed of additional charges for services like tooth spacers, laughing gas, and even injections, all of which were not disclosed upfront. These kinds of practices are unethical, and it feels like you are prioritizing profits over patient care. To make matters worse, the BDS doctor handled everything while the MDS doctor didn’t even bother to visit or assess my case personally. This lack of care and transparency is unacceptable. I expected professional, genuine treatment, but instead, I received an inflated bill and a lack of attention. This experience has completely eroded my trust in your clinic.
