I am getting married in August. I have very big open pores. And as my skin is oily, I have some acne also. Will microdermabrasion treatment help clear all these and make the skin surface smooth?

MDA will help in glow, reducing patchiness and gets the marks lighter in 1 shade. But if deeper acne scars n marks that needs treatments. Also for Bridal needs , 3 months in advance is a good time to repair the skin and get the best skin for D wedding day.

Wrinkle and dark circles under eyes is an indication of loosening of skin. The creama as Retinol and vit c, kojic acid will help in lightening and tightening of under eye area. MDA is very superficial removal rechnique of dead skin. Under eye is very delicate. So mda cannot be done under the eye

I have oily skin and acne problem. The problem is that scars are not removed completely. Some are getting light but not removed completely. I recently heard about microdermabrasion for acne scars from one of my friends. Does it really work? I am 23 now. Does it have any side effects?

Oily skin is always connected to acne. Acne settle with marks and scars those are the complications .Micro Dermabrasion is a very superficial technique to remove dead skin from the skin and hence cannot remove the marks. The marks will need a deeper treatments as Fruit peels, and lasers.

For a very dry and sensitive skin, start a niacinamide based gel to calm the skin .change the face wash to a gentle one, rather than a glow providing one. Post that apply the niacinamide. then use acne moisturizer and then sunscreen for acne prone skin. If this doesn't help you you can consult a dermatologist for skin lightening treatment.

I have applied many creams and ointments and also I had laser treatment(1 sitting done). Dark underarms can be due to fungus, sweating and acanthosis nigricans(insulin resistance). which needs through check. Skin Lightening creams, peels and carbon laser are very effective. Treatment of underlying condition need to be seen into. Sweat absorbing powders can be used. And anti fungal creams to treat the fungus.

Sweaty palms and prediabetes are not related as such. Sweaty palms can be anxiety issues, can be since many years For excess sweating , Solution can be used to reduce sweating, if excessive then Botox can be done to stop sweating for 4 /6 months.

Right now Treatment has to be only addressing hair fall, with proteins in diet, anti hair fall supplementations, going light on shampoos and conditioners .After the sudden hair fall has got arrested then hair thinning can be addressed and later after consulting dermatologist, he can decide hair transplant is required on not.

How to treat an allergic reaction rash?

Allergy is body's hypersensitivity reaction to an allergan in the body. Knowing what the reaction is to tablet, food, infection is important. Treating the underlying cause as withdrawal of tablet and food, and treating the infection. Then anti allergic tablets has to be given for a week at least or as prescribed by dermatologist. In severe form , hypersensitive, anaphylaxis steroid tablets have to be given. local calamine lotion preparations, and local antiallergics will help. Soothing lotions can help too
