The backache you feel could be due to several reasons, such as muscle strain, poor posture, or stress. These symptoms often make daily tasks more difficult. Self-care exercises like stretching and strengthening can work magic in this case; thus they are often very helpful. If pain is severe or there is no improvement after a few days, one should seek the help of an orthopedist. They will examine your health carefully and then prescribe a better treatment.
I'm a 28 year old lady, mother of 1 for the past week I have been experiencing mild hip pain which would sometimes lead to leg pain. The problem is it's getting more severe to the extent that I'm having difficulties standing even for a short time

It is common to have discomfort with hips and leg pain for a person. Such kind of pain can come from different places like muscle tension, joints problem, and even posture. With the increase in pain, it could be a sign of an illness./As the discomfort intensifies, it may indicate an underlying condition that requires attention. I would suggest that you rest, do ice-water therapies in the affected area, and perform some gentle stretching as well. However, you must always consult an orthopedist, who will evaluate you and set a program for your specific medical issue issues effectively.
