How i knew i had uterine cancer?

- Any abnormal bleeding per vagina in a post Menopausal bleeding should suspect Uterine cancer.
- Any abnormal vagina bleeding or discharge at any point of time .
- Abdomen pain.
- Mass felt per vagina or Abdomen mass.
- Abnormal thickening of uterine lining on sonography....
