For restoration you can either go for cosmetic filling or root canal procedure along with crown .Filling takes 1 day and root canal takes one week.

Root canal treatment of the concerned teeth or apicectomy, followed by bone grafting and flap surgery if turns out to be severe .

I am suffering from advanced periodontal disease. The disease has spread from gum to bone as per my reports. Is surgery the only option for me? I have diabetes diabetes and periodontal disease, so am I eligible for the surgery?

There are lots of options which include bone grafting etc. but first diabetes should be controlled then you should go for dental treatment.

Depends on the severity of your disease the treatment will be decided by periodontist whether grafting or scalling etc,..removal of teeth is necessary if any teeth is grade 3 mobile.

It depends on your mom's bone condition from left over teeth how good it is and your financial condition too. if bones is good and u have good budget then go for implants or else there are various options like cast partial denture ,overdenture, flexible rpd etc
