Wound on my penis, what drug can I use?
Answered on 22nd Jan '25
For any injury in that area, it's crucial to observe symptoms like pain, swelling, or discharge. Common causes include friction, infections, or skin conditions. While over-the-counter topical treatments may help, consulting a dermatologist is essential for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They can recommend specific medications tailored to your situation and ensure there are no underlying issues. Remember, seeking prompt care is the best way to ensure a full recovery.

It looks like you are suffering from a stubborn fungal infection, which can result from the following: dampness, rubbing, or alterations in the skin microbiota. Aching, redness, and discomfort are the common manifestations of it. A good way to manage this is by keeping the affected area dry and well-aerated, applying the antifungal drugs as was instructed, and thus, stopping the treatment prematurely is not a good idea. In case of persistent symptoms, consult a dermatologist who can provide targeted treatment options and conduct some additional examinations for a possible diagnosis.

I am experiencing some concerning symptoms around the genital area. There is significant redness on the head of the penis and on the skin when it is pulled back. Additionally, a large, raised bump that resembles a pus-filled lesion has appeared on the head of the penis. There is also an unpleasant smell that persists despite washing and maintaining hygiene. The area has small spots and pimples, and the overall appearance is quite inflamed and abnormal. I also feel a burning sensation and itching in the area, which have not improved with regular cleaning. I would appreciate your guidance on this. I am not very sexually active(once a month)

The redness, bumps, and horrible odor are the issues, and the burning and the itching bother you more than they should. Proper hygiene is a defense against the illness; however, self-treatment may not be effective. You should go to a dermatologist to be examined thoroughly and receive accurate tests. They can draw up a diagnostic and treatment plan that suits your condition and deals with the symptoms efficiently.

Hi My Name Is Arshiya Arif, I am facing excessive fungal infection on my buttocks which are is too irritating please help me put from this
Answered on 21st Dec '24
You appear to be suffering from a skin ailment that might be triggered by a fungal infection, usually manifested as itchiness, redness, or rashes. Causes such as moisture, heat, and friction may result in this condition. To lessen the body's discomfort, the area should be kept dry and an antifungal powder or cream available over the counter should be regarded. Moreover, wearing loose clothes can aid in lessening the discomfort. Nonetheless, it's vital to seek advice from a dermatologist if the signs persist or become more severe.

Chest emblems please give me answers
Answered on 19th Dec '24
Chest emblems, or markings, can come about naturally and can be associated with various causes, such as allergic reactions, skin infections, or dermatitis. Typical symptoms include redness, itching, and the appearance of a rash. It would be helpful to keep the area clean and well-moisturized and avoid irritants. Over-the-counter creams can help alleviate the discomfort. Nevertheless, one should be very careful to watch after the symptoms. If these signs do not go away, get worse, or are accompanied by more worried signs, it is better to consult a dermatologist for proper advice.

I had one pimple in my lips and I break it .now my lips become so swelling and then i went to hospital they give allergy tablets but no result for me
Answered on 17th Dec '24
Most often, this reaction is due to the inflammation or the infection. Even though antihistamines are one alternative, they may fail to be of use if edema is due to something else. To make you feel more comfortable, clean and moisturize the affected area first and foremost. Steer clear of irritants and think twice before you squeeze any more out. If the swelling persists or worsens, see a dermatologist to get the issue diagnosed correctly.
