I have this little soft lump on my lower vulva perineum it's about the size of the top of my finger, 3 cm. It's squishy and very movable and it looks like it has something yellowish in it, but it doesn't pop. I'm worried it kind of deflates when I stand or normal but it only really puffs up when I touch it or when the surrounding skin is stretched I'm really worried and scared about it. Although I have had it for 3 years and it doesn't cause me problems.

Such lumps can be caused by many factors, such as cysts or lipomas, and very often they are not dangerous. That the lump has been there for three years and has not caused any trouble is the best news. However, any changes in size or appearance are the reasons you should go for a professional check-up. I suggest that you go to a dermatologist to start with a full medical examination. They will give you a clear diagnosis and fill out if there are any necessary treatments.
