Dr. S. Samanta is a reputed Ayurvedic Endocrinologist & Internal Medicine Specialist and Alternative Medicine in Kolkata with over 46 years of experience. He has been bestowed with Senate Member of Board of Calcutta University - 2007 award and Council Member of WBUHS - award. He has pursued his A.S.F from J.B Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital in 1977, BAMS from J.B Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital in 1979, LCMC from R G Kar Medical College and Hospital in 1985, MD - Ayurveda Medicine from IPGMER,KOLKATA,West Bengal University of Health Sciences in 1990, CCDCD from Madhavbaug Institute of Medical Educations Research, Pune in 2014, CCACD from Madhavbaug Institute of Medical Educations Research, Pune in 2014, Diploma in Preventive Cardiology & Panchkarma from Madhavbaug Institute of Medical Educations Research and Pune in 2015. He currently practices at Scientific Ayurvedic Care And Research Foundation in Shyambazar(Kolkata). He holds membership of Member of Board of Studies at Calcutta University and Member of board of Ayurveda council.
