Dr. Sameer Kaul is one of the most esteemed Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon in Delhi.He holds an experience of 31 years in medical field. He has been been honored with Certificate of Merit for Honors in General Surgery - award, Outstanding Debater Certificate of Merit for Cultural Activities, Government Medical College - award, National Merit Scholarship Ministry of Education & Social Welfare and Government of India - award.
