According to her, one’s fitness journey is a long-term process that requires one to make lifestyle changes one step at a time. She intends to bring out the best in terms of dietary habits in order to help my clients achieve their goals.

She has completed her masters in clinical Nutrition from Manipal university and also is a Fellow of American council on exercises with an experience of 2.5 years.
