Just like you can't see what's inside a box without opening it, she won't jump to conclusions without a thorough examination. She is a great listener and expects genuine responses from her patients. Dr. Sudha Menon is nothing short of a miracle worker, an angel for me and my family. Six years ago, I was plagued by monthly fevers and visited many doctors who only prescribed OTC medication for viral infections. One morning, I couldn't wake up, burning with a fever of 103°F and feeling completely blank. I visited the ER at Fortis with a relative who recommended Dr. Sudha. During my two-day admission, I was suffering from a fever, but it wasn't clear what was happening. Dr. Menon explained the tests brilliantly, and I was diagnosed perfectly for my disease, almost on my deathbed. Thanks to her, my dad is now non-diabetic, and my grandmother is thriving at 80 years old with her assistance. Kudos to Fortis for having such amazing doctors like Dr. Sudha Menon and Dr. Ameena. Those who are commenting negatively about Dr. Sudha Menon without taking her accurate medications are like the fox who couldn't reach the grapes and claimed they were sour! Dr. Sudha Menon is one of the most arrogant and unpleasant doctors I've encountered. She acts as if she is above standard procedures and lacks basic decency in communication. She behaves as if we are seeking free consultations, and she doesn't have the courtesy to review our reports properly. She mistakenly believes that being rude is beneficial for patients, but she fails to understand the difference between being strict and being rude. Her conversations are senseless and offensive.
