For his contribution in the medical field he has been awarded Life Achievement Award in recognition of Meritorius Services Rendered by him for the cause of Homoeopathy -Conffered by Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Delhi. - 2004 award and Dr.Yudhvir Singh Award in recognition of Meritorius Services Rendered by him for the cause of Homoeopathy, Conffered by Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Delhi. - 1997 award. He has done his MD - Homeopathy from Shri Sai Nath Post Graduate Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Allahabad in 2010, Post Graduate Diploma in Medicological Systems (PGDMS) from Symbiosis Center of Health Care (SCHC), Pune in 2001, DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Delhi in 1980. He currently consults at Sukhbir Homoeo Clinic in Sheikh Sarai(Delhi) and Sukhbir Homoeo Clinic in Vasundhra Enclave(Delhi). He is a honorable member of South Delhi Homoeopathic Association (SDHA).
