Dr. Ganesh failed to fully disclose the risks of surgery and post surgery care for my father along with clear processes when transitioning between departments. Important complications were not communicated, leaving us unprepared and devastated upon my fathers unexpected passing. Clear, honest communication is essential in medical care, and in this instance, it was sorely lacking. I sincerely hope that he will reconsider his approach to patient communication and prioritize transparency in the future. Patients and their families deserve to be fully informed so they can make the best decisions possible, especially when facing critical medical procedures. If you have any hesitation or aren't satisfied with feedback given by this doctor, I recommend getting a second opinion, I wish I had.
