Loss of lumber lordosis Fatty changes in l4 l5 vertibrate
Answered on 19th Sept '24
You have a condition where the lower part of your spine is losing its normal curve called lumbar lordosis. This can occur due to the L4 and L5 bones being too fat. Symptoms may be back pain or stiffness. To boost this, you can do exercises that strengthen your back and abdomen muscles.

I am 33 years old male and have some shawaling (सूजन) problem in my left knee Last night, I have used pain relief ointment cream. But no any relief . what should I do now.
Answered on 19th Sept '24
Swelling is the outcome of many reasons like injury, overuse, and also arthritis. Since the pain relief cream didn't help, try using an ice pack on your knee for 15-20 minutes a few times a day. Moreover, give your knee some rest whenever possible. If the swelling stays unchanged, you might consider consulting an orthopedist for more tests.

Cervical injury, many doctors check but not relief
Answered on 19th Sept '24
The cervical injury normally comes with pain in the neck region. The reasons behind this can be accidents, incorrect posture, or too much hard work. For relief, first, rest your neck, use ice packs, and take pain medication if your doctor prescribes it. However, ensuring you get a professional opinion is important if the pain does not go away.

iam 39 years old I have an lateral meniscus horizontal tear surgery in March 15 2024 and I have two times synovitis problem with in 6 months so I want to know the reason why iam facing synovitis
Answered on 20th Sept '24
You have encountered synovitis after your meniscus surgery. Synovitis is the condition where the lining of the joint gets swollen and hurtful. Surgery can cause this because of inflammation or irritation of the joint. Synovitis can be managed with rest, ice, and anti-inflammatory medications which are the best methods. If the issue does not go away, visit your orthopedic specialist for more examination and treatment alternatives.

I have injury my right leg fibula small fracture.. How help
Answered on 13th Sept '24
A fracture is a small crack in the bone. You may experience pain, swelling, and difficulty walking on that leg. Fractures result from accidents or falls. To help, rest your leg, ice it to reduce swelling, and use crutches if needed. Get advice from an orthopedist for further care and healing.

Being unable to turn the left hip perfectly. And thereby it looks like one of my legs are a it longer.
Answered on 11th Sept '24
You are having a problem in the process of turning your left hip which causes one leg to appear longer. This may be caused by a condition called hip impingement. It can lead to pain, stiffness, and rigidity of your hip which can make it hard for you to move your hip. For that, you should try gentle hip exercises and stretches to treat this. If the problem continues, it is necessary to go to an orthopedist for more tests and advice.

I'm an 18 year old female, has an old unattended back injury from 10 years ago hurts from time to time recently has been feeling some chest pains and difficulty in breathing what could it be?
Answered on 24th Sept '24
Judging from the information that you have given, your past back injury and these new symptoms could be linked. Often old injuries can be a cause of problems later. The chest pain and breathing problems may indeed be caused by your spine affecting the nerves and muscles in that part of your body. An orthopedist needs to check everything to make sure you are ok and that you feel better.

what if i am a 62 years of woman having a inner hody pain near my chest because i got kicked there by someone's leg and If i do any work i am having a bad pain
Answered on 11th Sept '24
The reason you are hurting can be a bruise or it can be a rib fracture as well. Common symptoms are stabbing pain, tenderness, and dyspnea when you breathe deeply. To relieve the pain, rest, make up the ice pack, and take pain relievers like acetaminophen. If the pain worsens or doesn't go away, it's best to consult a cardiologist. In the meantime, you should not do high-impact activities that you know will aggravate the pain.

I do roofing for work. Handle nail guns with nails held together by little brass wire. When you shoot a nail with our nailguns...some brass is always still attached to the nail (about 3 mm) and today I accidentally shot myself on top of my thigh and when I pulled the nail out, no wire came with it. The wound is now healed over (it's been about 10 hours since sending this inquiry) So how dire is it for me to get it professionally removed? Can I just deal with it in there forever? (Pain is 0) Will it poison me over time like lead?
Answered on 10th Sept '24
The small piece of brass left in your thigh probably won’t cause any issues. Since the wound is stable and you don't feel any discomfort, you can leave it as it is. Brass is not as toxic as lead, so there's no need to worry about poisoning. Just watch for any redness, swelling, or pain around the area. If you notice anything unusual, it's a good idea to consult an orthopedist.

I had TKR done in both knees 12 years ago. Even after op. I was not relieved of pain but am leading an active life style somehow mwalkinganaging it as I always fear inactivity will worsen my condition. Now for the past one week I am experiencing severe burning combined with pain when walking. What could be the reason.
Answered on 10th Sept '24
The burning pain and pain when you walk can result from various causes, like inflammation, infection, or contradicting the wear and tear of the artificial knee parts. However, it is vital to get it checked by an orthopedist as soon as possible to identify the problem and get the proper treatment.
