Judging from the information that you have given, your past back injury and these new symptoms could be linked. Often old injuries can be a cause of problems later. The chest pain and breathing problems may indeed be caused by your spine affecting the nerves and muscles in that part of your body. An orthopedist needs to check everything to make sure you are ok and that you feel better.

I have grinding in my right shoulder (dominant arm) along with accompanying pain at some times. Last year I was playing basketball and after a few weeks of playing some games I developed a pain in said shoulder. I let the pain fade on its own and discovered the grinding (like a bone on bone contact) in my shoulder. I would like to know if it could be serious and if at this point I could do anything about it. I am an athlete and have had tendinitis in my Achilles tendon (ankle) if that helps anything.
Male | 18
Shoulder pain can come from shoulder impingement. This means shoulder tendons get pinched, resulting in grinding discomfort. Athletes face higher risk due to repeated arm motions. Treatment options include physical therapy exercises to strengthen shoulder muscles. Avoid activities worsening symptoms. Use ice packs to cut inflammation.

What does partial lumbarization of S1 bilaterally with possible bilateral lateral S1-S2 pseudoarthrosis. No acute fracture mean?
Female | 29
S1 shows partial lumbarization. This is indicative of an unusual section of your back. It may be responsible for the pain you feel in your lower back. If a bone does not go the way it is supposed to, it will join another bone and cause an immovable joint which is what S1 - S2 bilateral sacroiliitis refers to. If there is no sudden fracture then there is none. Try to have some rest; take mild painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen which can be bought over the counter at any pharmacy near you then after doing all this if it doesn’t work out fine consult a physiotherapist who will provide appropriate therapy for relief apart from doing exercises that are not too strenuous.

It’s understandable to feel concerned about your posture and discomfort. Changes in posture can sometimes lead to pain and visible bone alignment changes. Conditions like scoliosis or kyphosis may occur, affecting your back and neck. To improve your situation, focus on core strengthening exercises, maintain a good ergonomic posture while sitting, and incorporate regular stretching. A balanced diet supportive of bone health is beneficial too. However, it’s essential to consult a orthopedist for a proper assessment and personalized advice. I am having frozen shoulder for last 4 months there is no pain but the shoulder is stiff cannot move up is there any creme for frozen shoulder relief
Male | 48
This happens when tissues around the shoulder joint get tight. It can make arm movement hard. No pain is good, but the stiffness can bother you. There is no cream just for frozen shoulder relief. But easy stretches and physical therapy can loosen the shoulder over time. It is key to move the shoulder as much as you can without pushing too much. If stiffness remains, get advice from an orthoopedist.
