¿Por qué mi período se retrasa 7 días?
Hola, ahora mis períodos se retrasan 7 días y me preocupa por qué es así. Sólo para dejar claro que no he tenido ninguna relación sexual. Generalmente tengo mis períodos entre el día 27 y 28. Tuve mi último período el 5 de abril y mi vencimiento de este mes fue alrededor del 3 de abril, hoy es 10 y todavía no tengo mis períodos. También ha habido un cambio en mi rutina de viajar continuamente a estar simplemente en casa desde hace un tiempo. Solo quiero saber si hay algo de qué preocuparme y ¿debería consultar a un médico de inmediato? ¿O esperar un rato? ¿Y cuál es su opinión sobre esto? Es bastante normal que los períodos sean un poco irregulares, especialmente si ha habido cambios en su rutina, como menos viajes. El estrés, las variaciones en la dieta o el ejercicio y los cambios hormonales también pueden afectar su ciclo. Como no ha tenido relaciones sexuales, es poco probable que esté embarazada. Espera un poco más pero si todavía no llega, creo que lo mejor será ver unginecólogopara estar seguro de que todo está bien.
