My endometrial thickness is 3-4 mm after 18th day of periods is it normal. I am a unmarried girl.
Female | 23
An endometrial thickness ranging 3-4 mm after day 18 isn't unusual for unmarried females. If no abnormal bleeding or discomfort occurs, there's likely no issue. That thickness commonly precedes menstruation. However, any concerning symptoms warrant consulting a gynecologist. They can properly evaluate and advise.

Tpha positive case in due to baby birth
Female | 25
A TPHA positive result at birth signifies potential syphilis infection in the mother. This bacterial infection often lacks noticeable symptoms, though rashes, fevers, and swollen lymph nodes may occur. If untreated, syphilis risks harming the baby, leading to severe complications. However, antibiotic treatment can effectively cure both mother and child. Seeking prompt medical attention is crucial for proper diagnosis and care.

I have slight pain on the right side of pelvic area and also missed my periods this month. Although I was having regular periods since last month, no sexual activity since 4 months. The pain is dull but constant it becomes more noticeable when the urge to pee increases.
Female | 24
It's not uncommon to experience pain in the right pelvic area along with missed periods. This could be due to ovarian cysts or even a urinary tract infection, especially if the pain worsens when you need to pee. See a gynecologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

So I have a problem because I'm on medication and ever since I started taking those tablets ,my vagina is alittle itchy ,it's soo sensitive and uncomfortable, I frequently go to the toilet and urinate alittle all the time ,I can't hold my urine and it's always too thick ,it's soo uncomfortable that I segregate myself
Female | 20
You are in the phase of having a urinary tract infection (UTI). Some of the symptoms are itch, peeing a lot, and thick urine. They may be co-induced by drugs such as an imbalance in your body's bacteria. Water is helpful if you want to get rid of the infection. Furthermore, drinking cranberry juice can be helpful if you are experiencing the symptoms. If the problem continues, it is more prudent to see a urologist for an examination.

I m 12 weeks pregnant. My NT scan report is 0.39 CM.. Is it to be worried?
Female | 30
At 12 weeks of gestation, a normal NT scan report is expected to be 0.39 cm. The test for the measure of NT (nuchal thickness) is important for the estimation of the risk of chromosomal abnormalities. The specified amount of 0.39 cm is the normal level for this condition at this stage of pregnancy. Usually, if the measurement is normal like this, there is no need to worry. However, keep your regular prenatal check-ups as your gynecologist advises to get further confirmation that all is going well.

my daughter is 13 year old she is having her periods very earlier or long days after her due date what should i do?
Female | 13
Irregular periods are common in teens due to hormonal changes. If your daughter starts her periods early or late, it’s likely part of this process. Symptoms like mood swings, headaches, or acne may occur. Encourage a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management. If the issue continues, consult a gynecologist for further advice.

The situation is that the patient came to the doctor to change the Mirena spiral. The IUD Mirena was recommended by the attending gynecologist after surgery to remove an ovarian cyst and polyp. Diagnosis: adenomyosis (before surgery, the patient complained of heavy, non-painful menstrual bleeding). The first spiral lasted 5 years without problems. The gynecologist introduced a new IUD without first removing the old one. In connection with this situation, I have some questions. I would be grateful for your professional opinion. 1. Is it possible to correctly install the Mirena coil into the uterine cavity if the previous coil was not removed? 2. What side effects can be caused by the simultaneous presence of hormonal IUDs (two sterile foreign bodies) in the uterus. Could this cause health problems and harm to the patient? 3. How can one explain the symptoms that arose after the installation of the second Mirena, such as pain in the lower abdomen, lower back and excessive menstrual bleeding?
Female | 40
I would recommend that the new coil should not be inserted until the old one removed. This can result in problems such as perforation or infection. The presence of two hormonal IUDs in the uterus may cause hormonal imbalance and the risks of side effects. To treat the symptoms of lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, and heavy menstrual bleeding, consultation with a gynecologist who is an adenomyosis specialist is recommended.

After sex I saw that one muscle came out from my vagina and also after sex I took contraceptive pills.... after finishing my periods I again got my periods in the gap of 10 days.
Female | 18
You could have uterine prolapse, which occurs when a vaginal muscle falls out. Moreover, taking birth control pills irregular bleeding may occur. This is likely to be a result of hormonal changes induced by the pills. Visiting a gynecologist is necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment tailored to your needs.

Female | 25
Missed periods are common. They can stem from several factors like stress, weight fluctuations, and hormone imbalances. If you're young, near menopause, or have conditions such as PCOS, irregular periods may occur. Remain calm and monitor your cycle. However, frequent irregularities or additional symptoms should prompt consulting a gynecologist for guidance.

my period had changed to being redish brown in for 2 months now and the gose to red the next day
Female | 17
It is normal for periods to change color a little bit, but if this lasts for 2 months it is important to know why. At the beginning it may be reddish brown which means old blood – this is normal. When it turns red it could be new blood. Hormones or stress may be causing these changes. Drink water, eat well, and rest. If it doesn't stop, consult with a gynecologist.

Yes it is possible. Also the consistency does not necessarily indicate fertility or the ability to conceive. Get a UPT done to confirm pregnancy.

I'm 20yrs old . I have got some pregnancy symptoms like tried, leg pain, Vomiting tendency, etc bt in my period date I got bleeding for 2 days. Not overflow but some clotts are there there is anything wrong
Female | 20
Tiredness, leg pain, and vomiting sensation are possible signs of early pregnancy before your periods come. If on top of these symptoms during this same time that you're supposed to menstruate, there has been abnormal bleeding with big clots-it is something serious. You should see a gynecologist for proper assessment and advice about what could be the root cause of it all.

If I take 4 doses of emergency contraceptive on 4 consecutive days while having sex can ensure not getting pregnant, 4 weeks after a miscarriage
Female | 25
Taking multiple doses of emergency contraceptive pills is not recommended. Emergency contraceptives are designed to be taken immediately, not as a regular FORM of birth control.. Also, they are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy, so it's important to use additional methods such as CONDOMS. It's best to speak with a healthcare provider to determine the safest and most effective form of birth control for you .
