Pourquoi mes règles sont-elles retardées de 7 jours ?
Salut, Mes règles sont maintenant retardées de 7 jours et je m'inquiète de savoir pourquoi c'est le cas. Juste pour être clair, je n'ai eu aucun rapport sexuel. J'ai généralement mes règles entre le 27 et le 28 ème jour. J'ai eu mes dernières règles le 5 avril et mon échéance de ce mois-ci était vers le 3 avril, nous sommes le 10 aujourd'hui et je n'ai toujours pas mes règles. Il y a également eu un changement dans ma routine, passant de voyages continus à rester simplement à la maison depuis un certain temps maintenant. Je veux juste savoir s'il y a quelque chose à craindre et dois-je consulter un médecin immédiatement ? Ou attendre un peu ? Et que pensez-vous de cela? Il est assez normal que les règles soient un peu irrégulières, surtout s’il y a eu des changements dans votre routine, comme une diminution des déplacements. Le stress, les variations de régime alimentaire ou d’exercice et les changements hormonaux peuvent également avoir un impact sur votre cycle. Puisque vous n’avez pas eu de relations sexuelles, il est peu probable que vous soyez enceinte. Attends encore un peu mais si ça n'arrive toujours pas, je pense qu'il serait préférable de voir ungynécologuepour être sûr que tout va bien.
