L’IRM peut-elle diagnostiquer avec précision l’adénomyose ou l’endométriose ?
J'ai 42 ans. J'ai un cycle menstruel douloureux et cela se produit régulièrement tous les mois. J'ai aussi un garçon de 8 ans. Mais maintenant, j'essaie sérieusement d'avoir bébé depuis 1 an. Vous avez une adinomyose ou une endométriose comme ça. comment puis-je être sûr du résultat précis de ma maladie, s'agit-il d'une IRM pelvienne ou de tout autre test. Je dois également échouer la FIV pour la première fois.

I went to the hospital today to get an abortion. Some tests were done and I turned to have an infection so I was given the take home mifepristone and misoprostol for the termination of pregnant to administer them at home. Also I was given 7 tablets of metronidazole which I took when I got home. I'm asking if I can still take the mifepristone tonight at 10 without any complications?
