Gagner 4 pouces de hauteur après avoir atteint l'âge adulte est très improbable et pratiquement impossible par des moyens naturels. Bien qu'il existe des procédures chirurgicales commeAllongement des membresqui peuvent augmenter artificiellement la hauteur, ils sont très invasifs, coûteux et comportent des risques importants, ce qui en fait une option inappropriée pour la plupart des gens. De plus, une augmentation de hauteur de 4 pouces ne peut être garantie.
