I am 21 year old female and I have been feeling my legs and hands go numb quite often in a day. I have also started doing yoga recently if this concerns and 2-3 months back I got my blood tests done and found out vitamin B12 level to be low. Also this whole covidshield causing blood clots scare me.
Female | 21
Hey, it looks like your legs and hands are getting numb, which could mean your vitamin B12 levels are low. This happens when there isn’t enough B12 to keep your nerves functioning properly. Yoga is great but won’t do it all by itself. Make sure to eat foods like meat, fish and dairy that have lots of B12 in them. Talk to a doctor about checking out your levels of B12 if you haven’t already.

Good day doctor Since childhood, I have always been pressing on my nerves and muscles throughout my body, and I can't control myself. It's like grinding teeth, but in my body, and it's voluntary. These are not spasms; I do them, but I can't stop them. When I try to stop myself, I feel like I'm going to explode. The issue was minor in childhood and significantly reduced during adolescence almost to the point of disappearing. However, over the past few years, the problem has worsened significantly. Currently, I'm squeezing my body's vertebrae, especially my neck, and I feel like it's twisting. I consulted a psychiatrist and neurologist who said there is no organic issue, just a bit of anxiety. I took medications for anxiety and stress, but there was no effect. Thank you very much for your time
Male | 34
The nature of your symptoms probably is involuntary muscle contractions or muscle spasms. It is necessary to have the condition assessed by a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders or a physiotherapist who will be able to look at your condition in person and guide you properly.

Which surgery is better for grade 2 brain tumor? Should the patient opt for Radiosurgery or Craniotomy?
Generally there are 4 types of Resection to remove a tumor:
- Gross total: The entire tumor is removed. However, sometimes microscopic cells may remain.
- Subtotal: A large portion of the tumor is removed.
- Partial: Only part of the tumor is removed.
- Biopsy only: Only a small portion is removed, which is used for a biopsy.
The treatment or surgery depends on several factors like type of cancer, the stage of cancer, location, age of patient, general health, associated comorbidities and others. Consult an oncologist, who on evaluation of the patient will guide you to choose the best treatment suitable for the patient.
Hope our answer helps you.

Signs may include feeling lightheaded, weak, or even disoriented just before losing consciousness. You should see a doctor who will examine you and tell you what to do so you do not put yourself in any danger.

I met with a head injury after a bike accident and suffered inter parenchymal bleeding as per ct scan doctors said I am alive just because blood did not clot inside head and it went out but m still facing issues with my memory after 2 months of the incident,in that accident my jaw was also dislocated but they operated it and fixed I don't know what is causing me memory problems
Male | 23
Memory trouble following a blow to the head might be due to the way it affects your brain. When the brain’s tissues become injured, this can impact its ability to store and recall information. Sometimes these kinds of injuries need time to heal so make sure you’re getting plenty of rest and eating well while also seeing your neurologist for regular check-ups. They might even recommend certain therapies designed specifically for improving memory.
