Ma pilule contraceptive est-elle efficace après une diarrhée ?
Depuis le 19 août, je prends la pilule contraceptive (marque Rigevidon) tous les jours à la même heure vers 18 heures. J'ai connu plusieurs cas de diarrhée sous forme liquide extrême le lundi 26 août très tôt le matin. Cela a continué jusqu'à la nuit du mardi 27 août et à partir d'aujourd'hui (28 août), ma diarrhée n'est plus aussi liquide que de l'eau extrême, mais elle est toujours liquide lorsque j'y suis allée. Le lundi 26 août, j'ai pris ma pilule à 18h15 mais j'ai rapidement eu une diarrhée liquide comme mentionné. J'ai eu des rapports sexuels non protégés (je me suis retiré 2 fois) le 27 août (juste après avoir pris la pilule à 18 heures précises) et j'ai eu la diarrhée peu de temps après les rapports sexuels et je m'inquiète de son efficacité. J'ai pris une contraception d'urgence dans les 24 heures (postpil andalan) mais j'avais des selles molles environ 3 heures après la prise et mon IMC est de 30,5. J'ai ensuite pris ma pilule habituelle. Dois-je m'inquiéter/que faire ?

La diarrhée peut certainement perturber le fonctionnement de votre pilule contraceptive. En cas de diarrhée, le corps peut ne pas absorber complètement les hormones de la pilule, réduisant ainsi son efficacité. Ceci, associé à des rapports sexuels non protégés, peut certainement augmenter les chances de grossesse. Avoir pris une contraception d’urgence était une bonne chose. Gardez à l’esprit qu’il est important d’utiliser régulièrement la pilule. Si vos selles molles persistent, ce serait une bonne idée d'en informer votregynécologue.

Tried with norethisterone ip tablet to get period taken two doses of it yday night and today morning after having meal.. And trying with ginger tea since 3 days to get periods...
