Difficulty eliminating waste from the body is an issue. Problems peeing and pooping exist. Swollen legs are also present. Different causes are possible. Hello Doctor, 2 calculi of size12.4mm and 7.3mm have been noted in gal bladder one in fundus and other in neck respectively in ultrasound. I am having issue of pain in abdomen and back and nausea and headache. After the results of ultrasound what will be further treatment required. And also want to know if still endoscopy is required after detection in ultrasound?
Female | 33
Based on the ultrasound results, it seems that you have gallstones in your gallbladder, which is causing abdominal and back pain, nausea, and headache. And endoscopy is not required to diagnose or treat gallstones. But in some cases, an endoscopic ultrasound is used to get a better view of the gallbladder and surrounding structures. I recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist or a surgeon for further evaluation and treatment options.

I have urine infection and stomach ulcer. I take urine culture it have e-coli infection. I have take antibiotics its not cured. Urine infection is related to stomach ulcer?
Female | 28
You have a urine infection caused by E. coli bacteria, along with a stomach ulcer. While these conditions aren’t directly related, they can be linked to poor hygiene or not drinking enough water. You may feel burning or pain while urinating due to the infection, and stomach pain from the ulcer. If antibiotics aren’t working for the infection, your doctor may prescribe a different one. You'll also need medication for the ulcer. Make sure to drink plenty of water and follow advice from a gastroenterologist to recover from both conditions.

See a gastroenterologist specialized to diagnose the disease and provide the appropriate treatment. Not changing the drug while the condition is still the same, gives room for the situation to deteriorate.

Since few day I felt gas in my stomach. And today I don't know why but I get frequent urge to poop. In total till now i went for 5 times. The last I went my poop was red in colour and semi-solid(say as jelly).
Male | 21
The sensation of gas in the stomach and the frequent feeling of having to move the bowels are symptoms that can be caused due to several reasons. Defecation of red, jelly-like poop may indicate a bleed in your digestive system. This might be the result of the food you have consumed, the infection you might have, or it is the sign of a disease. It is advisable to consult a gastroenterologist for proper treatment.
