Hi, I was diagnosed with Grade-1 Chondrosarcoma at my right Iliac Crest. A wide excision surgery was done with all margins free. After 6 months I have a lump with pain and redness at my right chest wall and a lump like structure in my armpit. I took augmentin 1g and the pain and redness on the chest went away but the lump is still there on the chest and armpit. Can you advice me what can be the scenario. I had my chest xray and pelvic x ray done a month ago and everything was fine. Can it be normal infection or something else.

It can be an infection but the lump if palpable get a needle biopsy done with CT thorax/MRI. consult a surgeon as the the problem needs to be evaluated

For a year now, I've had a flattened bump on my under arm. It first started out as a blackhead, so I popped it. After that it stayed for several months. I tried to pop it still several times but it was to painful. When I finally popped it, a brown, rock solid nugget popped out of it. Now, it has flattened down but is still purple-ish, giving the impression of being bruised, and still looks as if there is something still inside. What is it?

Looks like a Sebaceous cyst.
These cysts have to be removed surgically as if their wall is not removed, they recur.
Surgery for cyst removal is done under local anesthesia.
It gives a permanent solution.

I am a burse and while handling patient i come with a patient who is hiv positive and his blood comes to my finger and my adjacent finger is having wound which is about to be healed but not open . So am i at high risk

HIV is a virus that can be transmitted by blood. Acknowledging the low probability of contagion in your case, because the wound is almost healed. In case you get some symptoms like fever or body aches, then don't be scared it doesn't mean that you have AIDS.
