I want treat my skin disorders called mild psoriasis. I don't know that is true or not so need suggestions.. and treatment regarding it.

I'm 39 from Nigeria. I have a black, cone-like lump on the upper left side of my belly. It started as small bump some years back but with time developed to 2cm in diameter. It's very hard. I feel pain around it each time I'm nervous and itchy sometimes. I have had scan conducted but didn't reveal exactly what it's.. it suggested that Stony bump appears like degenerating Lipoma. .

Dengue associated rash is quite common and can be a sign of acute stage or resolution stage. Rash may occur within initial two to three days or may occur during the resolution of fever. This may be associated with itch, dryness and peeling of skin The However platelet count has to be monitored during the onset of rash.
