You may have gotten a heat rash on your forehead and back in the heat. This happens when moisture ducts get clogged and sweat gets trapped under your skin, in effect, red bumps are formed. Avoid hot and humid places, stay cool, dress in loose clothes, and use a cold compress. Keep your skin dry and clean.

My daughter is facing a lot of hairfall for a long time
Female | 14
The primary indicator is a loss of hair at a rate higher than normal. This can be attributed to factors such as stress, unhealthy eating, or hormonal changes. Urge her to eat a balanced diet, avoid stress, and apply only mild hair products. If the situation remains unchanged, get a consultation from a dermatologist.

Mere gupt bhag me fode aaye the or wo jakhm bhar nahi rahe
Female | 29
Boils are typically triggered by bacteria entering a hair follicle or oil gland. They come up as red, tender lumps filled with pus. Clean the area and apply a warm cloth to help them heal. Don’t try to squeeze or burst them as this can make the infection worse. If this doesn’t work, see a dermatologist.

Hello , I'm a 42yrs old male, having itching problems on my private areas since a couple of days needs a proper remedy pls help.
Male | 42
Your problem is itching in the intimate areas, which can be frustrating. Some of the causes of itching could be a skin condition, such as a fungal infection or an allergic reaction to soap or detergent. Using a gentle soap and wearing loose-fitting clothes might help you deal with the itching. Additionally, you can use a lightweight, fragrance-free lotion to calm the skin. However, if the problem persists, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for more guidance and appropriate therapy.

Have some white dots in a cock
Male | 24
Spotting small white dots on your skin can feel a bit odd. Those little specks are likely Fordyce spots. These harmless bumps happen when oil glands get bigger than usual. Fordyce spots are super common, and lots of people have them. They're no big deal and don't need any special treatment. Keep washing your body like normal. If the spots bother you or seem unusual, it's a good idea to chat with a dermatologist. But in most cases, Fordyce spots are simply a natural part of healthy skin.

HI, I am 40 years old. Today I noticed swelling on my penis skin, I am circumcised but the skin on the shaft closer to the penis head is swollen. There is no pain or itching as of now. Can you please help me !
Male | 40
It looks like you’ve got some swelling in the skin around your penis. Many things could cause painless or itchy-less swelling such as allergic reactions, fluid buildup, and infections. Keeping the area clean and dry is important. Try wearing loose underwear for a bit. If it doesn’t go away or get better, see a dermatologist to check it out.

I'm having bumps of clogged pores. Face became rough with tiny little bumps all over face. cheeks became swollen in small round like shape on both sides. Skin is sensitive to sun. skin gets dark easily when exposed to sun (using purito daily go to sunscreen). Uneven skin tone, sometimes dry and sometimes oily. Dry rough patches on chin and sometimes it peels off. Also having milky color on some parts of my face. I used to use a herbal way to get rid of it. It comes and goes. I want to lighten up my skin tone and have a glass, tight and flawless bright skin. Also, I'm having severe hairfall. My hair was straight and had low to medium porosity. For past 5 years, my hair completely changed and damaged. Upper part of hair is extremely high porosity. Became curl, dry, damaged and fluffy and plastic type while the inner portion is almost straight and medium porosity. What should I do?
Female | 22
It sounds like you might be dealing with a combination of skin issues, such as acne, sensitivity, and possibly melasma, along with hair problems. I recommend visiting a dermatologist, who can examine your skin and hair in detail. They will be able to guide you with proper treatments, including products for sensitive skin and hair care routines. It's important to avoid self-treatment and get a personalized plan from a specialist.

I have Rashes on my under thighs it's been more then month have used rash cream but it's still itching and rashes are visible
Male | 54
You're having rashes under your thighs that won't disappear. The itchiness and rashes could result from skin irritation or fungal infection. Using rash cream didn't help, so you might require prescription cream from a dermatologist. Keep that area clean and dry; wear loose clothes. Don't scratch to avoid more irritation.

Hi mam am kavya from Davangere my problem is skin problem pimple problem
Female | 24
Pimples are irritating bumps. They develop when pores clogged with oil and dead cells. Redness, swelling, and discomfort occur. But solutions exist to aid complexion woes. Cleanse skin with mild soap regularly. Limit facial contact. Eat nutritious foods. Try salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide products for blemish reduction. Be patient - improvement takes time. Consult a dermatologist if uncertain.

My face is tanned to 2 shades dark color suddenly and I have 4-5 moles developed on my face and neck.Kindly suggest me medicines.
Female | 38
Sun tan is quite common because of unprotected sun exposure. This is because of excess production of melanin or excess accumulation of melanin in the skin layers in response to UV rays. Moles are formed due to arrest of melanin producing cells in skin layers where they continue to produce melanin which collects to form flat or raised moles. Tan can be treated by using certain depigmenting creams which contain glycolic acid, kojicacid, alpha arbutin etc which have to be used under the supervision of a qualified dermatologist. Procedural treatment like chemical peels and laser toning with QS yag laser can help. Most important is religious use of sunscreens to prevent further tan and improvement of skin. Moles can be treated by radiofrequency ablation, punch excision or Q-switched yag laser. So please consult a qualified Dermatologist.

Dear Doctor, Kindly advise some good medicines or remedies for Warts on face and neck as from 6-7 months iam facing this issue, earlier it was on one on my face but during the course of time it has rapidly increased in number and now I have almost 12-15 warts on the left side of cheek and 3-4 below the jaw line and recently have developed 2 warts on my forehead, It looks very ugly and for the same reason I'm unable to shave as while shaving the warts comes in contact with the razor and it gets bleed. Please suggest good medication for the same. Thanks
Male | 41
Warts on your face and neck may be the result of a virus known as HPV. It's a widely spread disease and can be easily transmitted. To help you get rid of them, try over-the-counter treatments such as salicylic acid. The warts may slowly peel away with this. Remember to be gentle while shaving to prevent skin irritation. If they are still bothering you, see a dermatologist for further recommendations.

Hello Doctor, From last couple of days I have developed a small red boil on the shaft of penis, it pains on touch. The appearance is small round red in colour with no pus formation and it pains a lot especially on touch or on friction. Kindly advise medications for the same. Thanks and Regards
Male | 40
You may have developed a condition called folliculitis. It happens when hair follicles get inflamed, usually due to friction or bacteria. The red bump on the penis shaft with pain and tenderness can be typical symptoms. For now, you can try warm compresses to help reduce pain and inflammation. Don't touch or squeeze it. If it doesn't improve or worsen, visit a dermatologist.

I am 38yrs old after delivery my hair is becoming thin so any my skin color also became bit dark shade as I am fair earlier please suggest any supplements for thick hair and skin whitening
Female | 38
You're worried about your hair being thin and your skin getting darker after delivery. These changes are quite typical and can be related to hormonal storms. Apart from that, you can try to use biotin supplements, which promote hair growth, to thicken your hair and Vitamin C can help skin tone brighten. Also, be sure to take proper nutrition and have sufficient water intake for your skin. If you have any more problems, kindly contact a dermatologist.

Im 24 and have been having an itchy sensation on the head and sometimes skin of the penis , some small red spots once appeared on the penis head but they then disappeared on their own, what could this be
Male | 24
You might have a condition called balanitis. Balanitis is when the head of the penis gets itchy and irritated. Small red spots can appear and will then go away on their own. One reason this might happen is improper washing, which can lead to irritation from certain soaps, laundry detergents, or a yeast infection. You should keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting underwear, and avoid using harsh products. If the symptoms do not improve, talk to a dermatologist for proper treatment.

A red colored and long mass type thing is coming out from belly button. thick yellow discharge also came out sometimes from belly button. I have no pain, no swelling, no discomfort, nothing
Female | 24
It looks as though you burgeon an umbilical granuloma which is a small piece of tissue that protrudes from your belly button. The yellow discharge may be an indication of the infection. In some instances, it could come on without any pain or swelling. To do this, you have to keep the area clean and dry. It is also possible that you will need antibiotics when the infection gets worse.

I am 27 year old female . For past 2 days , I had a red slightly swollen pimple in my armpit & today I woke with lot of pain & swelling around that area ( I usually shave my underarms but this never happened before ) What medicine should I apply or take ?
Female | 27
You have an infected hair follicle in your armpit, causing pain and swelling. This often happens when bacteria enter small cuts from shaving. Applying a warm compress on the area a few times a day can help reduce the swelling. You can also use an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment to clean the area and speed up healing. If the pain and swelling don’t improve or worsen, visit a dermatologist.

I have itchy skin mostly in legs and hands and private parts
Male | 21
The itching of these spots can be brought about by many things, like dry skin, skin diseases like eczema or a fungal infection. To soothe the itching, use moisturizers, take lukewarm baths, and put on loose, breathable clothes. If the itching is still there or getting worse, you may want to go to a dermatologist for more testing.

Good day, I want to consult you regarding a congenital nevus and a female child aged 7.5 years. The nevus is visible at the back of the back, measuring 2-2.5cm vertically and 1-1.5cm horizontally. Is it safe to remove the nevus, is it possible to remove it completely, without leaving any cell that would continue to grow and become malignant. Is it safe in the sense that there is no risk of turning into melanoma if it is split? Thank you in advance for asking, Nice day
Female | 7
A birthmark that grows is called congenital nevus. Most are harmless, but removal could help if it bothers your child or risks becoming melanoma (cancer). Talk to a dermatologist. If removal is best, they'll do it carefully to minimize any left cells that could maybe become cancerous. Watch for changes. Follow the doctor's advice.

My skin tone has become very dark no glow on face and After sometime I am getting married and I want to make the skin a beautiful glowing So please suggest me what treatment should I do.
Female | 28
Achieving a beautiful, glowing skin tone before your wedding involves a combination of skincare and lifestyle practices. Consider incorporating the following steps:
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well-hydrated, which contributes to a natural glow.
Skincare Routine: Follow a consistent skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and sun protection. Consider using products with ingredients like vitamin C for brightening effects.
Chemical Peels: Consult with a dermatologist about chemical peels. These treatments can help remove dead skin cells, improve skin texture, and promote a radiant complexion.
Microdermabrasion: This exfoliation technique can contribute to smoother and more luminous skin by removing the top layer of dead skin cells.
Healthy Diet: Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and antioxidants. These nutrients support overall skin health.
Avoid Sun Damage: Protect your skin from harmful UV rays by using sunscreen with adequate SPF. Sun exposure can contribute to darkening of the skin.
Before considering any treatments, consult with a dermatologist who can assess your skin type and recommend personalized solutions.
