Namaste, My father lives in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is in terminal stage of cancer. He is at end of life now and we are desperately looking for Ayurveda treatment or options that can ease this situation.

It's great that you're looking into natural ways to help with stress and anxiety. The two that might have some effect are Ashwagandha and vitamin D3. A common dose of Ashwagandha is 300-500mg twice a day. Although the ideal dose of Vitamin D3 can differ, it is frequently recommended to take a dose of 1000-2000 IU every day. Taking an emergency contraceptive pill the day after intercourse—especially soon after periods—can effectively prevent pregnancy if taken within 24–72 hours. Its effectiveness is higher when ovulation has not yet occurred, which is often the case just after menstruation. However, it is not 100% reliable, so a pregnancy test is advisable if periods are delayed and recommend regular contraception for future safety.

I am 28 years old female suffering from the problem of dark circles circles since last 10 years. I have taken a lot of treatments from 15+ doctors but nothing worked, i even tried all home remedies, ayurveda, homeopathy and much more, because of which my skin got burned twice. Moreover my dark circles got even more prominent and stiff. Now i want to head forward towards advance treatments. Doctors are suggesting me to go for chemical peel . Therefore i want a second opinion on whether it will work, how effective it will be and if it will it be safe.
Female | 28
Chemical peels can be an effective treatment for dark circles. It involves the use of a chemical solution that is applied to the skin in order to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new, healthy skin cells. This can help to reduce the appearance of dark circles, although it is not a guaranteed solution and may require multiple treatments to achieve the desired results. It is important to consult with your dermatologist before undergoing any chemical peel procedure, as it can carry some serious risks. These risks can include scarring, infection, skin discoloration, and irritation. Additionally, chemical peels can cause lasting damage to the skin if not performed properly. Be sure to follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

It's frustrating to experience prolonged discomfort for over a month. One-sided body pain is indeed challenging. The culprit, potentially, could be a B12 deficiency affecting nerve function. While you followed prescribed treatment, recovery may take time. Consistently adhere to your doctor's guidance. Explore complementary options like stretching exercises or physical therapy.

Shilajit is a natural substance that some people believe can boost energy and stamina. However, at your age, it's important to remember that it's always a good idea to check with a doctor before starting any new supplement, just to be safe.
