Hello doctor I would like to know is 600 oh blood pregnant test good value ?
Female | 25
A blood test that shows a value of 600 for pregnancy is a good one. This number indicates the presence of a hormone called hCG, which is usually elevated in pregnant women. If you're sensing some symptoms such as missed periods, nausea, and fatigue, these could be signs of pregnancy.

To improve sperm motility and morphology, consult a fertility specialist for personalized guidance. Maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, avoiding excessive alcohol or smoking, and following a balanced diet may help. And your specialist may also recommend medications, supplements, or assisted reproductive techniques like IUI or IVF.

M i preganant or not??? Home kit shows two line
Female | 32
A positive result from a home pregnancy test, indicated by two lines, suggests that you may be pregnant. Symptoms often include missed periods, fatigue, nausea, or changes in appetite. However, home tests can sometimes give false positives. To confirm, I recommend scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist for a blood test and a thorough evaluation. This will provide clarity and ensure you receive proper guidance moving forward.

Female | 29
You might be considering getting a TIFFA test at the beginning of the fourth month of pregnancy. At this stage, it's essential to track the baby's progress because many things, such as growth and development, are being checked. This scan can help detect any abnormalities early on. It is non-invasive and completely safe for both you and your baby. This scan provides peace of mind and allows for regular monitoring of your baby's health during pregnancy.

Male | 28
Your sperm count is a bit low, which can be a challenge when it comes to getting pregnant. The motility also low indicates the sperm's ability to move could be a problem. This could result from different causes such as lifestyle problems, infections, or some health conditions. It is important to have a conversation with an infertility sppecialist to discuss ways to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

What can I do if I suspect I have an unruptured but dead 9week pregnancy in my ovary?
Female | 31
If your ovary has a 9-week pregnancy without signs of life, seek medical care right away. This could mean pelvic discomfort, strange bleeding, and overall sickness. An ectopic pregnancy or missed miscarriage are potential causes. Treatment may involve medicine or surgery to remove the pregnancy tissue. Don't wait - get checked out promptly by a gynecologist.

In case the result of the pregnancy test shows a negative, it may be an indication that the pregnancy did not occur this time. Dear Sir, I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to seek further advice or guidance regarding a matter that has been concerning my wife and me deeply. Since our marriage in April 2024, we have encountered challenges in conceiving a child. Following consultations with a gynecologist, my wife underwent various tests, all of which returned normal results. However, based on the recommendation of the gynecologist, I underwent a semen analysis test. The results indicated a total sperm count of 45 million, falling below the normal range of 60 to 150 million. Additionally, the motility percentage was recorded at 0%, significantly lower than the normal range of greater than 25%. In search of a solution, I sought advice from two different medical professionals, both of whom prescribed distinct medications and treatments. The first doctor recommended a daily intake of one tablet each of YTIG and CQ10 (100gm). Conversely, the second doctor advised me to consume 10 drops of two different oils, Agnus castus and Damiana, with water twice a day. For your reference, I am a 34-year-old male, measuring 5 feet 11 inches in height and weighing 94 kilograms. Despite diligently adhering to the prescribed treatments, my wife has not yet conceived. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate any further advice or guidance you may offer on this matter. Thank you sincerely for your attention and assistance. Warm regards, Habib Bughio

Aapko healthy diet khana, regular exercise karna, aur stress manage karne ki koshish karni chahiye. Zaroori nutrients, jaise zinc aur vitamin C, bhi madadgar hote hain. Lekin, yeh baatein samajhne ke liye ek gynecologist se milna behtar hai, taaki aapka sahi diagnosis ho sake aur aapko personalized treatment mil sake.

Common symptoms like fatigue, lack of motivation, or persistent sadness can stem from various factors, including stress, hormonal changes, or mental health concerns. It’s important to address these feelings constructively. Engaging in regular physical activity, maintaining a balanced diet, and practicing mindfulness techniques can be beneficial. If these concerns continue, I recommend discussing them with a gynecologist to explore further options tailored to your needs.

I have been trying to conceive for the past 2 and half years. My AMH level was very low- 0.4ng/mL. I had one failed IVF from one of the hospital in kerala. Then I consulted another doctor from another hospital and I was suggested to do Autologous Stem Cell Ovarian Treatment (ASCOT). My last menstrual period was April 16 2024. And my ASCOT treatment was done on April 23, 2024. From May 1, 2024 to May 3, 2024 I had a slight bleeding. After which I have not yet got my periods and my pregnancy test is also negative. On June 10, 2024 I did a Beta HCG test and AMH test. Beta HCG test result is negative and my AMH has decreased to 0.39ng/mL Is it okay that my AMH has decreased after the stem cell treatment or should it be increased? I have got an appointment on June 22, 2024 and the next treatment doctor would be suggesting is IVF. I would like to know the percentage of positive outcome after this IVF.
Female | 29
A small decrease like yours after ASCOT is usually okay because AMH levels fluctuate slightly. The success rate of the upcoming IVF can range from 20% to 40%, depending on factors such as age and health. Symptoms of low AMH involve difficulty conceiving. For fertility issues, IVF is a good option.

My lmp is 4 July and I went for my first ultrasound scan on 27 august when my gestational age according to LMP was almost 8 weeks but the scan measured no fetus nor a gestational sac so I was recommended beta HCG test which reported 3129mIU/ml of HCG measuring to 5 weeks after two on September 10 I went for an ultrasound and my doctor said that the fetus hasn't grown after 5 weeks 3 days.. gastational sac measuring to 1.24 cm ...but my beta HCG report on the same day reported levated level of HCG measured to 6537.. now my doctor has advice to wait for another two weeks what are the chances of baby being there and is just not coming in an ultrasound because I haven't experienced as bleeding or spotting or even a change in discharge nor do I have nausea or vomiting... Although I do have headaches and I do notice Linea niagra showing up
Female | 18
Sharing the fetus's growth data might raise some concerns, but the absence of bleeding or spotting is a positive sign. However, the rising HCG levels and lack of embryo growth on the ultrasound need close monitoring. Symptoms like headaches and the appearance of Linea Nigra are common in pregnancy. Your doctor’s advice to wait another two weeks is sensible for further observation. During this time, focus on staying calm, eating well, and getting plenty of rest.

I did pregnancy test it is negetive
Female | 22
The usual symptoms, such as missed periods or fatigue, can also come up due to other reasons not related to pregnancy, such as stress, changes in weight, or sickness. Keeping safe is a self-responsibility. Make sure you keep track of the menstrual cycle and do another test if the symptoms keep on enduring or if your menstruation gets delayed. In case of uncertainty, the best way out is to consult your local healthcare facility for personalized advice and follow-up.
