I don't know why it happens but whenever i think about a person my mind says that They should die or what if they die, even if have no bad feelings for them. Starts imaging death images. these thoughts come on theirown and come anytime whenever i watch tv or videos. i don't force myself to think about it. But when they come i had to do some rituals to feel relax. its happening from childhood but now its disturbing me.Can someone tell me what ami suffering from. I have arithmomania too. I count patterns on wall, stairs ,tiles, count words on my teeth with my tongue, i add vehicles number.All these things makes me angry andfrustated.Now i regularly outburst my anger on my parents. i want to cry but i can't only few drop that's it. I am 21 year old male.

I can't focus on my study now a days I used to study atleast 5 to 6 hours a day before but now I don't know what happened to me i am getting lazy

I have a child who is 10 years of age. I had depression when she was born and still have even today. So I went to notice that my child is also having it and it makes me feel like I have failed her so bad. She would just cry in everything and have a very short temper,that it sometimes hard for her to concentrate. Please I want to help her before it is too late,what is the first step that I can do.is there any over the counter medication that I can get for her

I'm a 17 year old female who is struggling with studies. Maladaptive daydreaming affected my thoughts and everything now I am not able to concentrate and it's became hard to remember perfectly what I've studied. Sounds silly, but as a kid I would always get in the back of the line at school, and never want anybody in front of me, its still followed me and I'm 17, do you have any idea if its a phobia, or if I'm just paranoid?
