Why am I experiencing paranoia, hallucinations, and depersonalization?

I've been seeing things that aren't there, and feeling an overwhelming sense of paranoia. I feel bugs crawling on my skin and feel like I've lost my individuality, and have no personality. I don't know what's wrong with me.
