Questions & Answers on "Infectious Disease Treatment" (1000)

My rabies vaccine 2nd dose is complete. Can I share food with someone else?

Male | 29

The sharing of food with someone is no longer an issue. Rabies is a fatal virus that generally attacks the brain. It is imparted through the excrement of infected fauna. The vaccine will stimulate your immunity response as ensigning the virus transpires. Only observe certain signs like fever, headache, and muscle aches at vaccination, but your body is getting used to altered conditions.

A calf Bitten by 3 dogs before 1.5 months ago.and no rabies symptoms are shown in past 1.5 month in the calf. Yesterday I mistakenly wash my mouth with the same water which the calf drinked water. Is there any chances of rabies.

Male | 22

If a calf did not show any rabies symptoms in the past month and a half after being bitten by a dog, it is unlikely to have rabies. Some of the symptoms of rabies in animals are burrowing in the mouth, changes in behavior, and slow swallowing. By your mistake to rinse your mouth with that same water, you have the least possibility of getting rabies. It is significant that you take care of and properly clean any wounds. If some symptoms occur like fever, pain, or difficulty swallowing, consult a doctor.

Mera naam mohammad hai meri age 25 hai muje pichhle 1.5 years se Hath pero takhno me dard aur thakaan anytime rahti hai bhot aalas rahta hai, bhook to proper lgti hai aur neend lene k bad bhi bhot aalas rahta hai badan akda hua rahta hai susti rahti hai thoda sa kaam krne ke bad saans ful jati hai me bhot sare docters ko dikha chuka hu jinme Kuch neurologist thhe per fayda nahi hua MRI report bhi normal hai aur us se phle ek docter ne bataya ki Vitamin b12 deficiency hai RBC size me bde ho gye hai aur pet food se vitamin iron sokh nhi pa raha so mene Victrofol injection liyye per fir b fayda nhi hua

Male | 25

The symptoms you have mentioned strongly imply either a systematic iron or vitamin B12 deficiency. The symptoms are fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, and other problems. If the injections fail, increasing dietary intake of iron-rich foods like spinach, and lentils, and vitamin B12 sources like eggs, dairy, or fortified cereals is essential. Regularly with consumption of these nutrients, you will feel better.

I am 21 year old and I got fever yesterday night. Still today I have fever and joint pain. In last week, I visited to some place where I thought I came into contact with Mosquito. Kindly tell me what to do and what are the things that I need to eat.

Male | 21

You may have caught a mosquito-borne virus. These viruses can result in fever and joint pain. One of the well-known viruses is dengue fever. Rest well, drink plenty of fluids, and take acetaminophen for the fever. Consume light and nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, and soups that have been cleared. If the condition worsens or severe symptoms are experienced, the person should immediately seek medical help.

My name is marun devi .I have been suffering from high fever and weakness since last one year and it comes every two months, please suggest proper treatment and test for this sir.

Female | 40

This may be due to different causes like infections or underlying health conditions. To confirm the diagnosis, tests such as blood test, urine test, and imaging tests might be necessary. There can be a therapy plan after researching the results of examinations. A professional healthcare provider should be asked for proper diagnosis and treatment.
