सर thyroid test कराया था , उसमे T3/ T4 Normal और TSH बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ा हुआ है | आप बता सकते हैं कि क्या परहेज करना पड़ेगा | जिन doctor को दिखाया उन्होंने सिर्फ दवाई दी और कुछ भी नहीं बताया | TSH - 11.30 हो रखा है

Your TSH level is too high which could be an indication of a thyroid problem. High TSH levels may cause symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, fatigue, weight loss, and cold hands and feet. You would need to see an endocrinologist for expert advice and take the medicine they prescribe.
